Meet the artist
Welcome! My name is Tabatha Sisson, and I’m a full-time artist, small business owner, and proud mom to my daughter, Francesca. For 20 years, I worked as a professional nanny, a role that brought so much joy and purpose to my life. However, everything changed in 2021 when I became pregnant with Frankie. I decided to retire from my career to stay home with her full-time, but my creative spirit wasn’t ready to take a backseat.
Art had always been a beloved hobby of mine, but with this new chapter of motherhood, I found the perfect opportunity to turn my passion into a career. What started as a creative outlet has grown into something I truly love and cherish.
While I enjoy crafting smaller pieces like mugs, coasters, and ornaments, my heart lies in creating large-scale canvas work. I primarily collaborate with interior designers and decorators, bringing custom artwork to life for their clients’ homes. There’s something magical about knowing my pieces become part of someone’s personal space and story.
I am endlessly grateful to be able to do what I love while raising Frankie, and I owe it all to people like you who support small businesses. Your belief in the value of handmade, heartfelt work allows me to follow my dream and build a life centered around family and creativity.
