Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy

Shipping 

• Items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS within the stated 5-7 business day allotment(exclusions apply to custom and pre-order items). Tracking is provided. Once the item is in the hands of USPS or UPS, it is their responsibility to make sure it is delivered to you. 
• I am not responsible for items considered lost, missing, misdelivered, or stolen
• Customs and import taxes for international purchases. Buyers are responsible for any and all customs and import taxes that may apply.
• Seller is not responsible for delays due to customs 

Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted up to 7 days after verified delivery. 
• Return shipping costs are to be paid in full by the BUYER and include verified tracking. 
• Refunds will be issued only AFTER items are received and inspected by the seller.
• Items must be returned  in the same shape as they were delivered. 

NON- Returnable Items

• Non-returnable items include

2. Embellished canvas prints
3. Custom Commissions
4. Sale/discounted items  

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made within 48hrs after purchase.

3. Please allow up to 24hrs(Monday-Friday) for a response.
4. If requests are made on a Friday, please expect an email on Monday unless that day falls on a national holiday.
